1. Eligibility for Participation

1.2 You must be 18 years or older to take part.

1.3 Our staff and anyone related to the competition are barred from entry.

1.4 You’re in charge of giving us correct contact information.

1.5 To participate in the competition, you’ll need to choose how many tickets you want, answer a skill-testing question, and then complete your payment or use the Enter by post option. Your entry isn’t considered official until you’ve made the payment and gotten a confirmation from Legendary Watch Club acknowledging your submission. Only those entries submitted by post that have followed all the necessary steps as instructed on our website will be considered valid. We can’t be held responsible for any entries that are unfinished, late, damaged, or fail to be received for any reason.

1.6 You can only pick one answer per order. This same answer applies to all tickets in that order.

1.7 By entering, you agree to abide by these terms and any other rules on the competition page. We can disqualify non-compliant entries.

1.8 Chargebacks or reversed payments will cancel your entry.

1.9 The competition ends on the date indicated on our website.

2. Prizes

2.1 Within two weeks post-closure, winners are randomly selected among those who answered correctly.

2.2 We’ll notify winners via email. If contact fails or prize delivery bounces back, we may pick an alternative winner.

2.3 The prize is specified in detail on our website. We may replace it with an equal value item.

2.4 No cash swaps allowed.

2.6 International winners cover applicable taxes and duties.

2.7 All prizes are given ‘as is’ without any warranties.

3. Winner Confirmation

3.1 When identified as the winner, Legendary Watch Club will reach out to verify your identity and age through a copy of your passport. Additionally, we’ll confirm that the credit or debit card used for entry is legally yours. If the card isn’t in your name, you’ll need to show that you had permission to use it before we distribute any prize. You have five days to furnish these proofs after being contacted by Legendary Watch Club. Failure to comply could lead to your disqualification, and a new winner may be selected in your place.

3.2 Upon winning, the victor will be informed about the reward or selection of rewards corresponding to the specific competition they participated in. The winner must not only affirm their acceptance of the prize but also specify their chosen prize in writing, as described in the competition details on our website. This written confirmation must be provided within a five-day window after being reached out to by Legendary Watch Club.

3.3 Prize delivery will be arranged after verifying these details. Agreement on delivery must happen within a week.

3.4 If the winner does not adhere to the specified timeframes, Legendary Watch Club has the option to void the winning entry and proceed to select a new winner. In such cases, the initial winner relinquishes any claim to the prize. To clarify, once the prize is forfeited, the initial winner loses any right to raise further claims against Legendary Watch Club.

3.5 Winners consent to participate in photo shoots and/or video recordings upon request from Legendary Watch Club, or an assigned third-party. These photos and videos, together with the winner’s name and/or social media handle (‘the Content’), may be featured in future promotional and PR efforts. Legendary Watch Club reserves the right to share this Content through various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Reddit and the Legendary Watch Club website. Winners consent to this use of the Content but have the right to revoke their consent at any point before it gets published. Any such refusal must be formally conveyed in writing to Legendary Watch Club. All resulting photographs and videos are considered the property of Legendary Watch Club, which disclaims any liability arising from the publication of said Content.

3.6 International winners are responsible for taxes and duties.

3.7 Entries from specific countries are not allowed and will be refunded immediately. Restricted countries include but are not limited to Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus, and Mali.

4. Liability Terms

4.1 This agreement doesn’t restrict or eliminate our responsibility for any negligent actions leading to death or personal injury, or for any deceit or fraudulent misrepresentation. Additionally, we won’t limit liabilities that can’t be legally limited or excluded. In this context, when we say ‘us,’ that includes both our employees and agents.

5.1 On any issue related to the competition, our word is final.

5.6 We’ll send any official communications related to this agreement to the latest email you’ve given us, unless specified differently within this agreement. The headings in this document are merely for clarity and don’t have any legal weight. If either of us doesn’t act on a right or provision in this agreement, it doesn’t mean we’re giving up the right to enforce it in the future. If a portion of this agreement turns out to be unenforceable for whatever reason, the rest of the agreement still stands. Anyone not directly involved in this agreement can’t enforce its terms unless explicitly stated. Lastly, our relationship is that of independent entities; nothing in this agreement makes either party an agent, employee, or representative of the other.

5.7 The terms herein are regulated by the law of England, and any disagreements will be settled exclusively in the Courts of England. International users still benefit from their local consumer protection laws.

5.8 For entries by post, the following applies:

• No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted.
• There is a limit of one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard.
• Each eligible entry received via the Postal entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the specified competition.
• The entry will be deemed to be submitted at the point of receipt.
• You can enter by the Postal entry as many times as you wish so long as you don’t exceed any applicable, maximum Entry Limit.
• Entries posted through the letterbox will not be accepted
• If we detect any fraudulent activity associated with free entries, we reserve the right to cancel all entries submitted by the individual involved in such fraudulent activity

All valid postal entries are treated the same as paid ones.
